A burnt-orange ground sets the whole composition glowing. Black-outlined shapes carry pastel-crayon details: a red three-fingered form with a large eye at the top, a checkerboard, a dark green tree, a yellow bird and a rooster, stars and flowers. Hand-drawn scribbles and dots over flat colour give it a rich, layered surface with the energy of a warm afternoon.
